The Referral Network and The Realty Core Realtor To Realtor Networking 1. Our program is designed for referrals. There is a referral fee of 25% paid to The Realty Core at closing. The 25% referral fee is based on the gross commission amount paid at closing to the brokerage not the agent’s commission split. If the broker is a facilitator and has the buyer and seller then the referral fee is based on the buyer's side of the commission received by the brokerage. (No Closing or Rental Contract, No Referral Fee). 2. The National exposure to all communities and Military Bases is a value worth considering when payment is made only at closing or conclusion of a contract. There is a small set up fee of $39.00 with a satisfaction guarantee for 30 days. We have no monthly fees or hidden cost what so ever once installed, you pay nothing until you get a closing. 3. We place the links on all Network participants’ websites. This gives maximum exposure and increased traffic to the Network area's. 4. The web site generates referral emails, one to The Realty Core and one to the agent at the designated link as well as the referral or relocation department if applicable. 5. When the customer clicks on a link to search for a home they are taken to either the military referral network or the realty referral network depending on their selection. If they are military they can search the military bases for reassignment to that area. If the customer just wants to relocate to a different city they can search the state they want to relocate to and the city of their choosing. The Customer is required to fill out a form for their information then three emails are automatically generated One to the customer, one to the agent in the area where they are searching and one to The Referral Network. Then the customer is taken to the Agents web page to search for homes in that particular area. 6. The customer gets an automatic notice that their info has been received and an agent will contact them shortly. The Realty Core does follow up with the customer for authentication. We will provide all necessary forms and licenses for the final referral transaction when the Agent makes contact with the Customer. We rely on the Agent's professionalism to contact the customer as soon as they receive their copy of the email to service the customers particular home needs.
