Sue Richey is a licensed Virginia real estate broker and the founder of Richey Property Management, one of Northern Virginia's most trusted property management firms. Do I need to be a member of NVAR or Bright MLS?
No. Realty Referral Network does not require MLS membership or RealtorÂŽ association dues. You just need an active Virginia real estate license.
What if I'm licensed in another state?
We are currently focused on Virginia-licensed agents. If you hold a license in Maryland or DC through reciprocity, contact us to discuss your options.
How do I actually make a referral?
When you know someone buying or selling, you let us know. We provide a referral agreement, connect your client with a top-producing active agent, and handle all the paperwork. You get paid at closing.
How much can I realistically make?
Most agents in our network generate 1â3 referrals per year from people they already know. At an average DMV home price of $500,000, that's $2,500â$9,000 per year â from a single annual fee of $89.
When and how do I get paid?
RRN processes your referral fee at closing and issues payment within 5 business days. You'll receive 80% of the referral fee via check or direct deposit.
Is $89 my only cost?
Yes. $89/year is the only fee. There are no per-transaction fees, no desk fees, and no hidden charges.
What if I want to go back to actively selling?
